ORDER INFORMATION

If you find you have entered the incorrect product, incorrect shipping details or have simply changed your mind please email us ASAP at info@revolutionmusic.com.au and we will do our best to correct the mistake before shipping.

RETURN CONDITIONS

We are happy to return your product if:

  • The product has a manufacturing fault or defect
  • The product will not power up (if applicable)
  • The product has been damaged in transit

We do not do returns on sale items if you have simply changed your mind.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

STEP 1: Get in contact with us either by phone on 07 3357 1777 or by email at info@revolutionmusic.com.au Email is the preferred option.

STEP 2: Please give your name and order number details. Give us a brief outline of the issue with the item and if neccesary please provide photos of the issue.

STEP 3: Once the return has been approved please clearly label the item for return to:

STEP 4: We will correspond with you as to the best method of return.

AFTERPAY AND ZIPPAY

If you have made your purchase through Afterpay or ZIP the refund will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected in store. An email confirming the refund with be sent to you from Afterpay or ZIP once the refund has been processed.
